Am I old? Or am I Gucci?

I remember thinking "the day the VMAs or the Oscars or the Grammys have award winners I have never heard of is the day I must declare how old I am."

I concede. I am old. I don't recognize the cover of People magazine. I wonder why a singer is famous and why that outfit looks good. I am...old.

The problem is: this affects business. Who are we hiring and how? What are we willing to accept?

So I wonder...what are you putting up with? How are you compromising? And most importantly: what matters the most to you and your business?
